As a UX/UI designer or product designer, I work on creating and improving user interfaces for various web services, including corporate websites, promo landing pages, administrative panels, personal accounts, and dashboards, as well as mobile applications. My work also includes developing designs for advertising creatives and presentations. An important part of my job is to think through and defend the product concept. I create user personas and user flows to understand users' needs and tasks, analyze the results of usability testing and A/B testing, and work with analysts to study user behavior and identify key product problems. To create an interface that is as convenient as possible for users, I develop information architectures for complex web services, optimize interfaces for different devices and platforms, and create guidelines and templates to simplify work on small tasks. In addition, I work in a team with developers, conduct design reviews, plan and conduct design sprints for rapid prototyping and implementation of new ideas, and work on improving product quality and increasing its conversion. I also support the product at all stages of its lifecycle and develop a design strategy to achieve the set goals. My work also includes training and supporting other designers in the team, developing and maintaining the design process, creating documentation for working with the product and its design, as well as participating in product presentations for clients and investors, as well as various events and conferences.
